Caroline Jane Andrew has spent over 20 years in rooms full of people who were told to network "properly" and quietly decided there was a better way.

She is the Managing Director of 4Networking, the UK's most down-to-earth business networking organisation, which she joined in 2010, built across Yorkshire, and bought outright in 2022.   She co-founded The Business Knowledge Exchange, is Sales Director of Flawless Debt Collection, and has delivered more than 500 talks to business owners who would rather be themselves than be polished.

Before all that came 25 years in corporate sales, starting at 19 in a room of slick, confident colleagues she assumed she'd never match. Turns out she didn't need to.

A late-in-life neurodivergent diagnosis explained a lot — and she's embraced it as her edge. She calls herself neurofabulous.

Caroline lives in West Yorkshire with her partner Geoff, a dog called Luey and a cat called Melvin.  Geoff networks.  The other two refuse.
