It’s a delightful must-read spooky tale
A Bustle in the Hedgerow is the 1st book in the Witch and Jet Splinters Series by Elijah Barns. It is an amazing, magical and mesmerizing book of adventurous experience set in the high hills of the small village of northern England known as Windlestraws, home of the local 17th-century witches.
Elijah Barns has written this book in fantastic language with gripping plot lines. It was an exciting experience with a wild imagination and enchanting dialogues between the characters.
We get introduced to Jet Splinters, a peculiar yet innocent black cat and Jinny Lane, who is a beautiful witch amongst others. We follow the story of Jinny and her coterie who were on the mission to save the faeries home in Hedgerow from being destructed for a golf course. You need to read this book to find out yourself if they are going to be successful or the story is going to take an unexpected turn.
As soon as I started reading this book I got hooked into the mystical world that I couldn't put the book down. This book is suitable for young readers, but I would definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys stories of fairies, witches, and their wizardry, spellbound stories. It's perfect for someone who is looking to read a fascinating, well-written book.
Looking forward to reading the next book in the series of the Witch and Jet Splinters and I am sure that will also be fantastic.
